Bag Satchel

Large bags called satchels are worn on informal occasions. The bag portion consists of a sizable open sack attached to a long strap. The bag often sits on the opposing hip once the strap is crossed over the torso and worn on the shoulder. Satchel bags are often carried by women, however males can also use them.

Burlap Bag

The name is exactly what it sounds like—a bucket bag. The bag portion has a little less cylindrical shape and is shaped like a bucket. It can be attached to a hand strap but is often fastened to a shoulder strap. The upper portion is either left unzipped or has an opening.

Bottle Bag

Long, cylindrical sacks are called barrel bags. They are spacious inside. Typically, barrel bags feature long straps that allow the bag to hang down to the stomach.

Bum Bag

Hobo bags have an oval form with a top zipper. To both ends are little straps that you may pass your shoulder through. On the inside, this bag often includes a vast storage space and several sections.

Bag tote

Totes are ideal for carrying things about in and for trips to the beach or pool. They have tiny to medium-sized straps and are huge, square bags. Typically, they lack a zipper. To resist sand and water, tote bags are often fashioned of a highly sturdy material.

Large, square shoulder totes are the most common type of bag. Some, however, lack any definite forms. You wear a huge bag that is attached to short straps that go over your shoulders. Although shoulder bags are excellent for daily usage, avoid overfilling them to avoid straining your shoulder.

The majority of the time, formal situations call for a clutch. It's a little bag, either square, rectangular, round, or oval. The clutch is often handled with one hand and has no strap. Most clutches are constructed from high-quality materials and adorned to seem more elegant. A clutch barely has enough room for a few necessities, such as a phone, lipstick, and cash.

The Configuration: Size of the Corn Hole Court

Information about standard cornhole court dimensions is provided by the American Cornhole Association (ACA). It should be a flat, rectangular space that is at least 40 to 45 feet long and eight to ten feet broad. At either end of the court, there should be a designated pitcher's box that measures four by three feet, two cornhole boards, and foul lines.

There are two sets of foul lines: junior play for kids 12 and under, and open adult play. The lines between the front of each board that represent the adult foul lines are 27 feet apart. The imaginary foul lines for junior play are placed 12 to 15 feet apart from the front of each board. To comply with ACA, the foul line must be parallel to the front of the opposing board.

The Setup: Bags and Boards for Corn Hole

Common plywood is used to create cornhole boards. Cornhole boards must be at least 48 inches long by 24 inches broad and half an inch thick, according to ACA regulations. The board has a six-inch-diameter hole in the middle, 12 inches from each side and nine inches from the top.

The board is raised by its back legs so that its top is 12 inches from the ground. All of the boards have a smooth top and are painted with latex paint to make it possible for the bean bag to move up the surface of the board.

Doubles or Singles

Similar to tennis, two teams of one (singles) or two players each compete in cornhole games (doubles). In two versus two games, partners stand at opposing playing boards, but in singles matches, the contestants toss from different sides of the field.

Four bean bags from one board are thrown by each player in turn at the board at the other end of the court. Scores are tallied after each player has thrown all four bags, and then the players on the other side of the court throw the cornhole bags.

Scoring

"Cancellation" or "net" scoring is the technique for cornhole that has been approved by the ACA. When a player scores using cancellation scoring, their opponent's points are cancelled away, allowing just one player or team to score in each inning. A bag on the board earns one point, while one that passes through the board's hole earns three points.

For instance, team A would only receive two points for that round if team B had three points worth of bags on the board while team A had five. Games continue until a team scores 21 points in total.

Place of Players The regulations for pitchers during Pitching Cornhole are quite stringent but yet straightforward and simple to understand. The pitcher must pitch all four bags from their allocated pitcher's box, release the bag with an under-hand motion, and be inside the pitcher's box or behind the foul line at the time of release.
